OCP UPDATE June 8, 2010

The registration deadline for Thursday's Community Group Forum is Wednesday June 9th @ noon.

The forum will be held Thursday June 10th from 6 - 9 pm at Bench School.

Community groups are invited to register up to three participants who will take part in a small group discussion forum to identify issues and opportunities for Area D - Cowichan Bay.

Please note, community groups will not be making formal presentations (e.g. powerpoint or other) to the large group. We will meet in small groups of 5 to 6 people and discuss issues then report out to the larger group. Participants will have an opportunity to vote on the issues and opportunities they believe are most important to the Official Community Plan process.

Community group members are welcome to bring pamphlets, brochures or other promotional materials to share with others.

You are invited to participate in this discussion forum to share ideas and concerns for the future of Area D - Cowichan Bay. The Forum will take place from 6 to 9 pm on June 10th at Bench Elementary School.
