The Coastal Invasive Plant Committee met with the Cowichan River Stewardship Roundtable (CRSR) and discussed the extent of invasive knotweeds along the Cowichan River as well as the issues surrounding effective management of this insidious species. The following notes outline the CRSR interests and concerns related to the knotweeds in the Cowichan watershed.
